Peronal medical service provides on-demand healthcare directly to lake homeowners and visitors, whether at home or on a boat. Our services include telehealth consultations and in-home visits, allowing you to receive convenient medical care without leaving the water.
How does the seasonal membership work?
What if I need medical help while I’m out on a boat?
If this is an emergency then you should call 911. If not an emergency, and the visit type is appropriate, we can meet you on your boat to provide necessary medical assistance. Just contact us via our app or phone number, and we’ll coordinate a visit to your location.
What are the costs associated with your services?
Membership pricing is 2,999 for the season May-Sept for a total of 4 people per household. There are a limited amount of households we are taking in order to preserve access for existing members.
Do you accept insurance for your services?
For primary care services we do not accept insurance. However, we do utilize insurance for labs, imaging, referrals.

For urgent medical needs, you can reach us through our office or the providers direct line. Our team is trained to respond quickly to ensure you receive timely care, no matter where you are on or near the lake.
Is there a guarantee of timely care?
Our goal is to provide swift care; however, response times can fluctuate based on your location, weather and the current demand for services. With both clinic and lakeside operations, we aim to accommodate patients effectively and can usually see patients same or next day.

In case of a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Our team encourages you to have local emergency services on hand. We're here for non-urgent medical needs, offering support to help prevent medical situations from escalating.

You can either call or text the clinician/your doctor directly or call the front desk if the clinician/your doctor is busy seeing other patients.
Can I be seen in your clinic?
We do have a clinic site in Liberty Lake, WA that patients can have access to if needed.
What services you do not offer?
Please note that Modern Care Lakeside does not provide prescriptions for chronic pain medications like opiates or long-term use of benzodiazepines.
